The Bucket List started back in 2017, part time on Overstrand Beach. Head Chef Nathan Boon felt like this was the gap in the market he had been waiting for—inspired by long days in the kitchen and the emergence of European street food markets.
"Demand grew massively to the point where I was producing more food for The Bucket List than the hotel kitchen I was leading... So I made the jump."
Today we have over twenty staff, a production warehouse, and seven Caterpods covering East Anglia. And we're not done yet.
We are looking for suitable franchisees to join our team and start their own exciting Bucket List journey. We are accepting candidates in all counties except Norfolk.
